Delete your account

You can delete your Lekhpal AI Assistant account, published by Online India Software Solutions, and the data linked to it at any time — in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed.

ऐप में: खाता → खाता हटाएँ → पासवर्ड डालकर पुष्टि करें। खाता तुरंत हट जाता है।

ईमेल से: अपने पंजीकृत ईमेल पते से support@onlineindia.net पर “Delete my Lekhpal AI Assistant account” विषय के साथ ईमेल भेजें। हम 30 दिनों के भीतर खाता और उससे जुड़ा डेटा हटा देंगे।

Email a deletion request

In the app

  1. Open Lekhpal AI Assistant and go to Account.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Enter your password and confirm. The account is erased straight away.

By email

  1. Send an email to support@onlineindia.net from the email address registered on your Lekhpal AI Assistant account, with the subject “Delete my Lekhpal AI Assistant account”.
  2. We reply to that address to confirm the request really came from you. If you can no longer use the registered address, tell us and we will ask for other details to verify you.
  3. Once confirmed, we delete the account and tell you when it is done — within 30 days of your request.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, email address, mobile number and password.
  • Your saved work on our servers: history, bookmarks, notes and the list of your saved PDFs. Deleting in the app also removes the PDF files stored on that phone.
  • Your notification inbox.
  • Your device registrations and push-notification tokens, which also signs you out everywhere.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Payment and subscription records — which plan was bought, when, and the payment reference — are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They stay linked to an anonymous account id, not to your name, email or mobile number.
  • Security and audit logs that record actions on the account are retained to detect misuse and meet legal obligations. They do not contain your saved work.
  • Backups may hold your data until they are overwritten on their normal rotation.

Data that is only on your phone

Saved portal logins and village or gata lookups never leave your device. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android settings, removes them.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You can remove individual bookmarks, notes and saved PDFs inside the app at any time. To have other data removed while keeping your account, email us at the address above and say what you want deleted.
