These terms apply when you use the Lekhpal AI Assistant app and this website, provided by Online India Software Solutions (“we”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

1. What the app is

Lekhpal AI Assistant is an independent utility. It is not a government app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government department. It opens official websites in its browser and gives you tools to organise your own work. The records on those websites belong to, and are controlled by, the authorities that run them. Always verify important information on the official website before relying on it.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what is done through your account.
• You can delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.

3. Using the app properly

• Use the official websites only as you are entitled to. Any login you use on a government portal must be your own, and you remain bound by that portal’s rules.
• You sign in, solve captchas and submit forms yourself. Do not use the app to automate bulk access, bypass a website’s protections, or overload it.
• Do not misuse, copy, reverse-engineer or resell the app.

4. Plans and payments

• The app is free to use. Some services need a paid plan; the price and duration are shown in the app before you pay.
• A plan is for the period shown, works on one phone at a time, and does not renew automatically.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay or made by UPI and activated after verification. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

5. Availability

Government websites can be slow, change without notice or go offline; we do not control them and cannot promise that any of them will be available or that a feature built around one will keep working. We may change, add or remove features of the app.

6. Advertising

The app may show ads provided by Google AdMob.

7. Your privacy

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from errors or downtime of a third-party website, from decisions taken on information shown there, or from misuse of your account. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

9. Ending use

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm the app, other users or a government website.

10. Changes and governing law
