Common requests

• Payment made but plan not active: send the payment reference or the UPI screenshot. See the refund policy.
• New phone: open Account in the app and use “Move plan to this phone”. If you have already moved it once, write to us.
• Delete my account: use Account → Delete account in the app, or email a deletion request.
• Quick answers: the help page covers the common questions.
